When applying to rent a property through churchill Estate Agents, we require the following:
- Photo identification (i.e. passport, driving licence or valid European ID Card)
- Recent 3 months' bank statements & pay slips
- Landlord and/or Employer's Reference
- Holding deposit (usually 1 week's rent)
- Administration fee (£50 + VAT per person)
- Inventory & Check in report - charged as follows...

| 3 Bedroom | £155.00 + VAT |
| 4 Bedroom | £170.00 + VAT |
| 5 Bedroom | £180.00 + VAT |
| 6 Bedroom | £190.00 + VAT |
Your application will then be processed as quickly as possible.
Should your application not be successful, either because of your withdrawal, your failure to provide information which is requested or an unsatisfactory reference, the administration fee will not be refunded.
Please check with us if you have children, pets or are smoker/s as some landlords have special conditions.
The properties are available and offered as seen at the time of initial inspection. Should you have queries with regards to the condition, furnishings or requirement of any other additional items please check with the office before applying to rent.
